The terms and conditions set forth below ("terms") govern the user of this website ("site") and are legally binding. Should you not agree with any of these conditions, you should not access or otherwise use this site or any information contained on it. Use of the site constitutes agreement to each of the terms below.

Information Collected
When you enter the Websites, or use the Products, the Apps or the Cloud Services, we collect Non-Personal Information such as your browser type and IP address. Likewise, in order to offer you meaningful products and services and for other reasons, we may collect Personal Information about you from the following sources: Information you give us on applications or other forms on the Websites, the Apps or the Cloud Services; or Information you send us via any medium, including, but not limited to email, telephone, and social media interaction; or If you use a mobile device platform to access the Websites, the Apps or the Cloud Services or communicate with Apption Labs, information transmitted from your mobile device; or Information purchased from third parties (where permitted by applicable law). Your use of and interaction with the Apps may also be stored in an anonymised form by us or our software partners. A. Registration In order to become a User (as defined in the Terms), you must provide us with a combination of the following information to create an account: name and email address, plus a username and password (your password is stored in an encrypted way that we cannot decipher). In the alternative, you may instead provide a link to your social media account to become a User, in which case we will receive basic information from your social media account including your name and email address. We may request other information from you during or after the registration process that we use to provide better and more customized services to Users. You acknowledge that this information is personal to you, and by creating an account on any of the Websites, the Apps or the Cloud Services, such as https://www.meater.com, you may allow others, including Apption Labs, to identify you and to allow us to use your information in accordance with the Terms. B. Customer Service We collect information when you interact with our Customer Service in order to accurately categorize and respond to customer inquiries and investigate breaches of our terms. C. Using Third Party Services and Visiting Third Party Websites Information you provide to third‐party sites/ websites through the Cloud Services is not within the control of Apption Labs and you provide such information at your own risk. The terms and conditions of use and the privacy policies of those websites that you provide information to through the Cloud Services will govern their use of such information. Any information you share with a third‐party website through the Cloud Services will be collected by Apption Labs and its affiliates (such as Apption Labs, Inc.). We will use such information in compliance with this Privacy Policy. D. Use of Cookies The Websites (one or any of them) may send a "cookie" to your computer. A cookie is a small piece of data that is sent to your browser from a web server and stored on your computer's hard drive. A cookie cannot read data off your hard disk or read cookie files created by other websites. Cookies do not damage your system. Cookies allow us to recognize you as a user when you return to any of the Websites using the same computer and web browser. We use cookies to identify which areas of our Websites you have visited, so the next time you visit the Websites, those pages may be readily accessible. We also may use this information to better personalize the content that you see on the Websites. Most browser software can be set to reject Cookies. However, if you reject our Cookies, certain functionality on the Websites may not work correctly or at all. We do not link Non‐Personal Information from Cookies to your Personal Information. In the course of optimizing the Websites to our Users, we may allow authorized third parties to place or recognize a unique cookie on your browser. Any information provided to third parties through cookies will not contain Personal Information, but may provide general segment information for the enhancement of your user experience by providing more relevant advertising. Apption Labs does not store unencrypted Personal Information in the cookies. E. Web Beacons Apption Labs also may use web beacons, pixels, anonymous ad network tags, and cookies to collect Non‐Personal Information about your use of the Websites and the websites of selected sponsors and advertisers, to collect anonymized, aggregated auditing, research and reporting for advertisers, and to collect data related to your use of special promotions or newsletters. The information collected by web beacons also allows us to statistically monitor how many people open our emails and for what purposes these actions are being taken. Our web beacons are not used to track your activity outside of the Websites or the websites of our sponsors. We do not link Non‐Personal Information from web beacons to Personal Information without Your permission. However, because your web browser requests advertisements and web beacons directly from ad network servers, these networks can view, edit or set their own cookies, just as if you had requested a web page from their Websites. If you are a non‐registered Visitor to the Website, the only information we collect will be Non‐Personal Information through the use of cookies or web beacons. F. Log files, IP Addresses and Information about Your Computer and Mobile device. Due to the communications standards on the Internet, when you visit the Websites, the Apps or the Cloud Services, we automatically receive the URL of the site from which you came and the site to which you are going when you leave the Websites. Apption Labs also receives the internet protocol (“IP”) address of your computer (or the proxy server you use to access the World Wide Web), your computer operating system and type of web browser you are using, email patterns, your mobile device (including your UDID) and mobile operating system (if you are accessing the Websites using a mobile device), as well as the name of your ISP or your mobile carrier. We may also receive location data passed to us from third‐party services or GPS‐enabled devices that you have enabled. Also, as described above in Section 2. C., Apption Labs receives information when you access third‐party web pages through the Cloud Services. The link between your IP address and your Personal Information is not shared with third parties without your permission.

General use restrictions
All information, documents, products and services, trademarks, logos, graphics, and images ("material") provided on this site are copyrighted or trademarked and are the property of Tonly Electronics Holdings Limited. Unauthorized use of any material may violate copyright and trademark laws, the laws of privacy and communications statutes

Tonly Electronics grants the user the limited right only to display the material on a personal computer for personal use. The user agrees not to use the material for any other purpose without the prior written consent of Tonly Electronics. Without limitation the user agrees not to reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, broadcast or circulate any information contained in the material, including to others in the same organization. Content from this site may not be posted to news groups, mail lists, or bulletin boards. The user acknowledges and agrees that, except as set forth herein, he has no right to modify or edit any material in any manner. This limited license terminates automatically, without prior notice in case of a breach of any terms. Upon termination any printed or downloaded material must immediately be destroyed.

The user agrees not to frame or copy any material or third-party content from this site to any other internet device without the advance written authorisation of Tonly Electronics or its licensees. This site may be linked to other websites not under the control of Tonly Electronics. Links of this nature do not reflect endorsement by Tonly Electronics. The user acknowledges that Tonly Electronics provides these links as a matter of convenience and that Tonly Electronics is not responsible for the content of external sites.

Certain areas of this site are restricted by password to authorized users ("restricted areas"). Authorized users agree they are solely responsible for password and account information confidentiality and agree to notify Tonly Electronics immediately should a password be lost, stolen, disclosed to an unauthorized third party, or otherwise have been compromised. Authorized users agree to be solely responsible for all activities occurring on their account, including fees which may be incurred, whether or not the user initiates such activities. Tonly Electronics is to be notified immediately of any unauthorized use of accounts or any other breach of account security.

This site may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors affecting the quality of material or third-party content. The user acknowledges that the material and third-party content may not have been verified or authenticated in whole or in part by Tonly Electronics, and agrees that Tonly Electronics does not warrant the accuracy of such material or third-party content, and further that Tonly Electronics declines liability for any omission in the material, whether provided by Tonly Electronics or by a third party.

Local laws
Tonly Electronics controls this site from its headquarters in the People’s Republic of China. The user of this site from outside the P R C is entirely responsible for compliance with local laws, including but not limited to other countries’ import and export laws in relation to the material.

Violation of Terms
Should the terms of this site be violated, Tonly Electronics reserves the right to terminate services without explanation or further notice. The Company's preferred course of action would be to point out the inappropriate behaviour and suitable corrective action. However any flagrant violation of these Terms, as determined by Tonly Electronics in its sole discretion, will result in immediate termination of service.

The user agrees that Tonly Electronics and its licensees may make improvements and/or changes to the services described on this site or revise these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use of the site after such modifications have been made constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.

The failure of Tonly Electronics to enforce any right or provision in these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of same, unless acknowledged and agreed by Tonly Electronics in writing. The Terms comprise the entire agreement between the user and Tonly Electronics and supersede all prior agreements, if any, between the parties on this subject. Use of the site is, however, subject to additional disclaimers that may appear throughout.

Trademarks
Tonly Electronics are trademarks in the People’s Republic of China and elsewhere, and unauthorized use is strictly prohibited by law.
